| Summary | 0000036: Add object overrides | |||||||||||
| Description |
oh, idea before i forget i need to get it out add a struct in a list to objects of 'override' you cna make a few different criteria to trigger then; ie either date, low user hp, time of day, etc and if the condition is met the override would replace part of the obj's normal stats/string/etc for the duration so i make an override and put it on like, mud-wide swords and it's type override:date and set for christmas so then on christmas it overrides the long/short and makes every sword into a candy cane once hte date changes...no more override it'd be like a user transparent thing, my idea was mostly for flavor type stuff to be easier to have holiday events/items or make a ToD weapon to make a sword stronger at night vs day, etc ... override:time and change the dam values so it would never modify the base obj/enchants, just be selected instead of them, if it was active |
